Raf simons is one of the most influential designers today. Previously working under Walter Van beirendonck, Simons has made a name for himself utilising graphic prints, oversized silhouettes and the ultimate teenage dream. This collection,’Youth in Motion’ is inspired by the movie Christian F., a biopic that caused controversy of its notorious depiction of drugs. Also inspired by the Cookie Mueller and Glenn O’Brien’s ‘lost’ mid-1980s tragic-comic play Drugs, Simons uses the two cautionary tales and considers the persistent, almost ubiquitous presence of narcotics within our society and acknowledge our often conflicted relationships with them.

The pants are brand new unused with og tags, ‘Christian F. ’ patches are knee high. The material is still very stiff due to the condition.
