Going back in memory lane to find those special things that made our childhood so special, J.W. Anderson made his ss16 mens collection focused on childhood and old/new conventions of fashion, making this collection full of youthfulness with its japanese manga and robot motifs, toy guns and shiny little obsessions. Back to the coat itself, show-opening piece for the collection, manga print all over detailing a fabricated gundam robot comic strip with two robots battling and everyones shocked faces. Instant iconic. Also a mirror patch comes as quite a suprise, with a logo of a “team unit” logo, with a tiny dent on it but not very visible. Snapper buttons, elongated sci-fi suit silhouette, cuts on the sleeves as well. Well made as always. Mint condition never used or worn, size tag was removed, i presume a 48 or 50. Collector’s piece.
