An absolutely stunning jacket from gaultier, again. The runway looks straight from the pirates of the Caribbean, with looks inspired from captain jack sparrow and i cant be bothered to remember the rest of the names. This coat is nearly a work of genius, combining victorian dressing with the rugged edge of pirates, with highly detailed embroidery of leaf closure and a kraken at the back. Theres also an additional piece of neck closure for runway styleThe coat itself almost resembles the cutting of a tuxedo, with a slanted back cut with pleated details that could be expanded into a usual coat. Full silk lining. Never worn, mint condition.
