Utilising a blend of fall 1997 hardware and the aesthetic of spring 1998. 

Metal belt hoop is from fall 1997, with a particular piece featuring the hardware as a shoulder strap. 

Belt can be adjusted accordingly 

Two side zips 

Stretchy material runs a little large

Obviously the dress is a litltle to big for the model
