From one of Gucci’s most important collections, Fall 1996 took Gucci to a whole new plane of prominence, with Vogue proclaiming the collection to be the “fashion equivalent of a one-night stand at Studio 54.”

Designed by the legendary Tom Ford, the collection consists of very simple militaristic garments with prominent epaulettes motifs, the collection was one of the finest to come out of the minimalist movement of the 90s

Also featured in the campaign of the season shot by Mario Testino and modelled by Georgina Grenville

One of the very iconic belts from the collection, with three versions of “G” reworked into eyecatching oversized gold ornaments

This is the larger version paired with a brown pony hair/ calf hair leather body

With Gucci logo engraved
